After 15 years in business, this national architecture and design firm engaged BJK to lead their rebranding initiatives. I conducted brand surveys and interviews with senior management and stakeholders across the firm to better understand how they perceived their own brand and vision for the future. Based on these learnings BJK crafted new brand values, positioning, messaging, and style guide and a 12-month content calendar to conduct a phased rollout plan of the rebrand. Utilizing the new brand values and messaging, BJK partnered with C3 marketing team to write press releases and create content for their website, blog, social media platforms.
Within 12 months their audience on LinkedIn and Instagram grew by 40%, Facebook 147%, Twitter 15%, and impressions on LinkedIn almost doubled.
