After 15 years in business, this national architecture and design firm engaged me to lead their rebranding initiatives. I conducted brand surveys and interviews with senior management and stakeholders across the firm to better understand how they perceived their own brand, and plan the vision for their future. Based on these learnings I developed new brand values, brand positioning, internal / external messaging, and a 12-month content calendar to conduct a phased rollout plan of the rebrand. Utilizing the new brand values and messaging, I partnered with C3 marketing team to write press releases and create content for their website, blog, social media platforms.
Within 12 months their audience on LinkedIn and Instagram grew by 40%, Facebook 147%, Twitter 15%, and impressions on LinkedIn almost doubled.
